Pressure Sensitive Labelling Machines

The PackMach range of Pressure Sensitive labelling machines is based on a modular style of construction, allowing us to tailor the applicator to customer requirements. This also ensures that applicators sold into remote areas can be easily serviced by the user. The key components of the PackMach applicators are in our control systems. These systems are designed and manufactured in Australia to EU and UL specifications using the latest chip technology. The controllers can be accessed remotely using cloud-based technology, enabling managers to view data online such as production rates, and troubleshoot various issues that may arise from time to time. Our PMSA 01 entry level labelling machine / applicator comprises our HMI and label head, and dispenses a single label. This applicator can be set up easily on existing product lines to apply promotional labels to the top, side or bottom (design issues resolved) of customer products. The PMSA 05 labelling machine comes with a stand, is suitable for top and side application, and can be fitted to existing conveyor lines to dispense a single label. The PMSS 01 labelling machine comes with an over head or wrap around belt, and can be fitted to existing product conveyor lines to dispense a single label. The PMSS 05 labelling machine dispenses a single label, comes with a product conveyor and can be configured for round, square and oval shaped products depending on the options required for product handling. The PMDS 01 labelling machine comes with a product conveyor and two labelling heads. The PMDS 05 labelling machine is custom made to suit customer requirements. A typical applicator will have two labelling heads, overhead conveyor, wrap conveyor and orientating wheels or aligner chains.
